welp. it's 2013.. that's weird. nearly 2 weeks into the new year and I am failing graciously at my resolutions list. I'm just so stinking unmotivated.. I have a month off of school and have all this free time that I am doing nothing with. After last semester it is a nice thing to see in my planner, yet I'd rather be earning money.. but somehow out of the 4 jobs that i have, nobody schedules me.
HOWEVER
I have been baking a cooking a lot which is fantastic!
One resolution my boy and I have is to try a new dish every week, and a new restaurant every month.
SO!
that means lots of opportunities for posts and yadddddda. as long as I get into the habit of taking pictures of everything I eat.. and then get them all on here!
My first post will be what I just finished.some lovely chocolate cupcakes with a simple frosting..
the cakes themselves may be nothing special, I mostly wanted to try out my piping bags and stuff for the first time. :)
I used a Wilton 101 Petal tip I believe.. it was pretty tiny. and most of the cakes I used on it turned out like a mess. but I did get one nice one :)
